Course description

Akademix Team Company presents a professional workshop about "Methodology of training organization in Business Administration sector".

During the course participants will study the nature of business related training courses, types and characteristics, delivery formats to ensure the continued effective functioning of the company’s staff. Special photo reports, videos and surveys will be shown to participants prepared in cooperation with international training companies.
During the course each participant will be able to a hold trial (demo) training in parallel with correction in its course delivery and the selected topic. Demo trainings are video-recorded to allow delegates to see their own training delivery and performance and identify areas for personal development.
